I am back to trying to get back in shape. I’ve lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I’m eating better food, keeping track of my calories, and not consuming alcohol during the week and restricting myself on the weekends.

I’ve decided to give up eating all fried foods and desserts/sweets. In addition I’m going to drastically reduce my minimal amound of alcohol consumption.
My BMI is 23.9 and i’m told a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. That means i’m in the normal range but if i drop 15 pounds i’ll be right in the middle of the normal range. I dropped about 15 pounds between last november and april of this year then hit a plateau until now. Now i’m going to step it up a bit and whip myself into shape.
