Eventually I’d like to drink at least 1.5 liter everyday, – and without having to make an effort, too! – but I have learned that I need to start small and gradually evolve into whatever it is that I want to accomplish.
This goal used to be “daily”, but then I changed it to “for a month”, and then “for one week”, but even that seemed like too big a step, as I haven’t been able to drink this amount of water in one single day for months! The most I’ve gone through in a day has been 1 liter…
So, for now, I’ll stick to acomplishing this for at least one – one! – day, and then I’ll progress to two, then three, and so on.
