Not only have I not lost a pound, I have gained a few. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow to find out exactly how many.

But that’s going to be higher tomorrow, because tonight I wasn’t good…
Argh!!!
Today I limited my afternoon snacks to one serving of fruit salad and one serving of non-fat Activia yogurt. Cheers to me.
At night I had what I should have had, plus a few pieces of gorgonzola cheese… But that’s about all I did wrong today.
Oh, and I didn’t drink enough water. Drinking more water is another thing I want to do, and it relates directly to this thing
Good to be down a few grams.
I wasn’t very wise when it came to choosing what to eat, but I did share my order of pasta, 50-50 with my mom.
Still the same weight, but I plan on being good all day. It is nearly 6 o’clock, time for a non-fat yogurt. But I’m having some fruit juice as well. No sugar added!
Today I was bad because I ate two bonbons.
And I was good because I finally tried a healthy sandwich. And had fruit salad for dessert at lunchtime. And light yogurt.
But I was bad again because I ate three empadinhas.
Pathetic.
I’m making this a challenge. Really.
I have 21 weeks to lose 7 kilos. That’s about 0.334 kilos a week.
