Cultivate worthwhile friendships

Okay. I reached out to a really old high school acquaintance. She seemed like she really needed a friend and I always and looking for new friends but dang… I have to keep it lose.

i remembered my friends birthday and sent her a card. she was sooo happy. i never do remember b-days. i think this goes along with this goal.

This is such a great goal. I find that I have always had a good amount of “friends” but have always felt like quite a few of them were harmful and were not looking out for me. It’s been pretty hard especially when I miss the friends but they are soooo not worth my time. I don’t mean that in a mean way but they really could care less so I should treat them with the same courtesy. I guess I have pretty much done the severing thing but I need to work on cultivating the worthwhile friendships.
