Work in progress

This last week I didn’t do so well. I ate only one meal a day and drank a small amount of water I also had alchol every day. This is no good. It was vacation so I guess I can cut myself a little slack.



Have to improve...i only get one body (for now)

This is something that I really need to do.

1. Eat more fibre (fruits, vegtables and whole grain)
2. Drink more water.
3. No fast food. (it makes me feel bad anyway but it’s sooo easy)
4. Take time to prepare and enjoy my food.
5. Every Friday eat what ever I want for a meal

Gotta do this.
