I want to make some major changes in my life. The first is to get over being sick all the time (the last 9 months of illness off and on) and really be healthy! I’ve signed up with a holistic doctor, a chiropractor, a massage parlor, and have been seeing my primary care doctor regularly in order to achieve this!
The second part of the plan is to take up yoga, tai chi, and anything else that will balance my mind and body. Then I’d like to work on getting over my body issues and bad eating habits.
I’m excited. This is probably the biggest goal in my life right now!
