I lost so much weight last year and I was finally down to 124 pounds towards the last 2 weeks of school. And by now I’m at 127 (and it keeps climbing) and absolutely devastated because I’ve been working out basically everyday this summer, I can’t figure it out. Maybe I’m gaining muscle, but my body doesn’t seem to getting anymore toned.. so I am very confused. I’ve decided to follow a strict diet now too. Tons of water, very little dairy, less bread, tons of fruits and veggies at every meal, and NO MORE SWEETS (especially not chocolate). We’ll see how this works. =S
