73 Kg. Again 0.5 decreased. The day turned out to be an all fruits day. I don’t know whether it will help me loose weight or not. I started day with 2 mangoes. One fruit bowl and mango juice for lunch. Another mango juice by 5. I could not resist a sweet offered by a friend. :-( Finally some grapes for evening.
I was supposed to take fruit juice , vegetables and rice. However I took fruits and fruit juice only. Any way will post the final result tomorrow.
73.5 Kg. So it is decreasing steadily. That belief kept my motivation level high for the day. It became identical to the 5th day since vegetable means tomatoe for me.
Woke up late. First meal at 12:30 consisting of 1 cup red rice and vegetable salad made of 3 tomatoes, 1 large onion, 1 small carrot and vinegar. Then at 4, one more salad. I felt hungry by 8 PM and had one raw tomato. I got tired of all tomatoes and took a riped mangoe.
So 1 more day and 2 more weighing. I hope to reach 72.5 by day after tomorrow.
74 Kg. Marginally less. Well the I am not that hopeful about the rest of the diet which includes beef. Any way I am determined to complete the 7 days perfectly.
Its the weekend. Woke up late. No break fast. I was a bit confused whether to try beef or vegetarian substitutes. Finally because of the non availability of beef, I cooked red rice and prepared a salad with 5 tomatoes, a large onion and vinegar. I took a cup of rice with the salad. I had another tomato in the evening. Thats it. End of the day. I am not starving and is quiet comfortable with the food intake. I had lots of water as well.
I checked weight in the evening also which stood at 75.5. Must be the weight of water and tomatoes. Will I be acheiving that 73 mark by tuesday morning????
74.5 Kg!!! Lowest in last 3 years.
Today I have to live on banana and milk. 3 medium sized bananas for break fast. 5 for lunch. Now I have to drink milk. I like milk but only flavoured with Boost or Bournvita. Now I cant even put sugar. I drank one glass after lunch. 1 medium and 5 small bananas made my dinner. Now I have to drink atleast one more glass of milk.
The weight is 75.5 Kg in the morning. I had some grapes as break fast. Then 2 fruit bowls one each at 1 PM and 4 PM. I had 3 riped mangoes for dinner am full now and I. So it turned to be an All fruit day again. I simply hate vegetables after that day 2. I am taking a carrot just as a formality.
I believe the tough days are over and day after tomorrow I can take my favourite beef.
I forgot to mention this. Today my dry skin is slightly drier than usual. Not a big issue. I could manage with a bit of moisturiser
I started the day with weighing my self. Its 76 Kgs. 1.5 less than yesterday. Quiet encouraging. GM Diet is really working. Now the vegetable day.
I took one large potato with some butter for break fast. That was much needed for the body and it kept me energised till 1’0 clock. I had tomatoes for lunch. 8 small row tomatoes and 1 row carrot. By 6’0 clock, I tried a beetroot juice. Can carrot and Beetroot be considered vegetables? God knows..
I thought of taking something for dinner, but did not feel like having anything. I can’t really nderstand what I am feeling. But something is happening in my body. Any way I surpassed the vegetable challenge.
Day1 was near perfect. I managed to eat fruits only and am still alive. It was not that difficult. I started the day with 3 medium sized apples at 9 AM. By 12:30 not wanting to get hungry and end up eating something else I took a fruit bowl which majorly consist of water melon, papaya and apple.I removed the cherries and banana from the bowl. At 3, I felt terribly hungry and exhausted and rushed to have another fruit bowl. I was feeling my head heated may be because of something else and was afraid of getting head ache.
But I was OK by eveing. I bought half a kilogram of grapes in the evening and consumed whole of it between 6 PM and 9 PM. Quiet successful day!!!!!!!!
I heard of GM diet from a friend last day. I was that attracted that I started doing it in a couple of days. Morning I weighed my self. It was 77.5 Kg. If all the comments are correct and if I follow it strictly, my weight will be less than 73 at least by next tuesday. That will be great which I was not able to do in so many unsuccesful half hearted attempts. I am 26 yrs and height is 165 cm.
