Really want to learn how to do it

This is something I really want to do, I want to be independent and not be so dependent on someone else to take me to the store, grocery, etc. I live in a place where there is public transportation, but its not that great to ride and you have to wait a while in order to switch buses and ride the bus itself.
Im in my twenties and its now time to do this!
And Im going to make a Promise, if I learn how to drive and take the test and pass it and get a car….
then I will help drive others to where they need to go!! I know how it feels like, so I want to help others in this way.
