declutter my house

I have to say I’ve grow to really LOVE this goal.
It does seem like it will never end but I will keep at it!

Did a kick ass job on my older sons room this week.
He’s happy, I’m happy.
But if I need to go to Ikea one more time I’m going to scream!

To the basement once again!

I can’t even remember where I started, but I did.
Two bags of trash, one box of books, one box of cd’s. And lots of stuff simply put where it needs to be.

There is more to do. But at least I didn’t freak out like last time.

Went down to the basement yesterday thinking I could easily pack up one box of books and bag of toys to give away.
I was totally overwhelmed! I honestly could not figure out where to start. It just made my head spin.

So nothing got accomplished. NOTHING.

This week it’s the boys rooms. Tons needs to go.
And it will, oh yes it will.

The basement is next on the list. I think the promised game table will be a great intensive.

Still going. And going, and going.

It’s been a long road. But the end is in sight! All that’s left is the kids rooms, and our bedroom. Not quick or easy but manageable. I have to remember that it will take time and not to get annoyed about it.

I can see the light. Some rooms are done, others are in the works. It fells amazingly good.

Seems like an endless work in progress. But the end is in sight! I’d say have about 4 whole days. Which of course means about 2-3 weeks in real time.
