I’m calling this one done. I’ve been getting up without the alarm clock now for a few weeks now.
And now we’ve pushed the clocks back and hour so I’m up super early.
I would say the hardest part is getting used to the darkness in the mornings. I still don’t like that part.

I’m thinking that if I keep this up for another week I can mark it done. I’ve been waking up around 6:30-6:40 with no alarm.
And I have to say it does make things easier.
Although once a week I fall asleep at 9pm. I guess I need to catch up.
The past few days have not been good…
In fact to could back to sleep right now.
Tonight I’ll try to get to bed earlier.
