DONE!

I’m calling this one done. I’ve been getting up without the alarm clock now for a few weeks now.
And now we’ve pushed the clocks back and hour so I’m up super early.
I would say the hardest part is getting used to the darkness in the mornings. I still don’t like that part.



One more week

I’m thinking that if I keep this up for another week I can mark it done. I’ve been waking up around 6:30-6:40 with no alarm.
And I have to say it does make things easier.
Although once a week I fall asleep at 9pm. I guess I need to catch up.

Today I woke up 7am WITHOUT the clock =-)

Still not at 6AM but today was much easier.

Why is this so hard?

Okay things seem to be getting back on track. But I have to work my way back to 6AM.

The past few days have not been good…
In fact to could back to sleep right now.

Tonight I’ll try to get to bed earlier.



So far so good

I just got back from vacation so with the time difference it’s easy. We’ll see how long this lasts.
