so this has worked. and some exercise. i’ve been biking about 20 miles a week (well, during the summer i was). since july, i’ve lost 25 lbs! people have actually noticed, too. i’ve gone down two pant sizes and even those are a little baggy. i think patience and portion control is key.

i actually am. i’m just counting calories, but i lost about 8lbs within a month. i think it just helps to be aware of what you’re eating, watch your portions, and EXERCISE. i’ve also been drinking more water, which i’m sure helps the digestion process. hopefully i can keep at this!
ultimately, i think this is the best way to be. forget really ‘losing weight’ but as long as i can be healthy about it, everything is okay. though i wouldn’t mind losing weight, i just think this is the best way to do it; eating healthy. forget cutting out everything (especially carbs!), just portion control and being aware of what i’m putting into my body.
