I’ve gone from thinking it was COOL to be disorganised to realising that I’m going to get further in my career and life in general if i address this issue!
I bought a diary and a wee book to write my lists in last week. It’s going well so far. It actually makes life less stressful if you know clearly what you’ve got to do and don’t have to keep things in your head. Classifying things into urgent/non urgent and important/less important also works well. My little book is a hybrid of life and work to do lists so that i’ve got everything in one place, but if i lose it i’m screwed!
