Today I called the Permanent Representative of the Democratic
People’s Republic of Korea to the United Nations. After minute, or so of ringing I actually got hold of somebody. I explained to the person what I am trying to accomplish and from the information I gave him he referred me to the DPRK embassy in Bulgaria. Cool.
