My husband and I want to start a family in the next couple of years and the weight that I am at is simply not healthy. My husband and I are going to work on this together so that we can support each other. We have already started to change our diet, and as an added benefit it is summer and we love the outdoors, so there is plenty of opportunity to exercise. Yesterday we purchased bicycles, our goal is to use those instead of our cars whenever possible. We also purchased a bike rack for the car so that we can use them to explore state parks.
Whatever we can do to make this fun will increase our chances of sticking to a weight loss plan.
