I forgot that I made this a goal. I really like going to bed after 3am. But I also really enjoyed being up at 7am for the first time yesterday. (Before you applaud, the truth was that I went to bed at 7:30am. VERY bad.) So I’m going to try to make more of an effort. Or maybe I should change this goal to something more feasible first, i.e. “Stop going to bed after 4am.”
