Another month completed

I did my monthly check this morning. I will be getting my annual checkup/pap smear later this month.
I feel like I’m taking control of my body by taking care of it.

Number 14

I did my BSE in the shower earlier this week. Now that I’m in the habit of doing it, I feel like it has become sort of a peaceful meditative process. After all, its a lovely way to honour your own body!
I’d love to hear some updates from the rest of the team!

12 Months!

I forgot to post #11 and I completed my 12th breast check today. Wow, I can’t believe that I’ve been doing this for a year! I think 43 Things is the main reason that I remember to do this consistently.
