Tonight it is.. 2 years ago

I will do it tonight or I can’t fall asleep for sure.. I felt too down and my mind will wander here and there before I can actually fall asleep.. so.. I need to meditate tonight, at least to calm myself down… Okie….ZzzzzZ time for me now…

As now am travelling, so will definitely do it tonight.. pray first and then meditate and it will make me feel calm and can sleep more easily without too much imagination of all the spooky things! :P



10 mins before bedtime.. 2 years ago

Last time I really meditated was many years ago, then it’s on and off.. so..will start making it my habit once again, will meditate at least 10 mins before bedtime, will do that everyday at least for a month.. let see how that goes…. :-)
