have multiple streams of income

Since we just moved into the new house, so we are now renovating our condo and plan to find someone to rent it before New Year. This rental income will help us pay off the loan (for the new house) to the bank.

My chinese teaching project as additional income will be launched on this coming Saturday (20/1)! This will also help me review my chinese and at the same time, earning some extra $$$ !! I have a full-time job, but very stressful with frequent travellings, so, I guess teaching job (esp. teaching young kids) is kind of relaxing to me and I know it’s not going to be a lot of money, but I love teaching as it helps people at the same time. Working on some advertising now, and it will be posted on website soon!
