So its the new year and I’m going back to school and work. I decided to go to the goverment website and find out exactly what was considered food in each food group. Then I made a chart for Monday through Friday and wrote done a different food each day for fruits,vegetables, protein, whole grain, and dairy. Then I went to the grocery store and bought the items that I listed. Then I got home and started rinsing and cutting the food. So now I have grapes, yogurt, cheese sticks, carrots with ranch dressing, cucumbers, oranges, pretzels, amoung other foods that I can now grab on the go for the whole week. We’ll see how this works out.
