This sucks so far... 11 months ago

I’ve cut back to nearly nothing (Only Decaf coffee and only one of those in the morning, everything else is water), and it sucks. I’m cranky ALL the time and I’ve dropped my head onto the keyboard twice already which shows how drowsy I’m getting.

On the bright side, it’s getting better, I’m more awake when I’m walking around at lunch time and I wake up easier in the morning.

Can’t believe how much I relied on the stuff. Can’t wait till it’s over.



Day before I start 11 months ago

I took note of how many coffees and energy drinks I had today and I wrote the number down. I plan on halving this number tomorrow. When I get drowsy, I’ll walk around a bit or have a tea. Hopefully this will be enough.
