one step back, one step forward 4 years ago

step backward: haven’t been to the gym in almost 2 weeks
step forward: started playing badminton (3rd time in 2 weeks) ... – i was really into it when i was in high school, so its fun to play it again – i think that’s the trick – find a sport that u like cause then u r motivated to go – after 1.5 hours tonite, i’m still pumped – i love it!!



making progress... 4 years ago

well its the 4th time i’ve been to the gym in 7 days – starting with baby steps… nothing too intesive just aerobic training mixed with some strength training… i’ve felt an increase in energy… i’m just trying to figure out when is the best time in the day to workout – the experts claim its in the afternoon (2 to 6) but in the morning are the easiest cause of schedules – i’m playing it by ear and see how it goes …

i’ve hired a personal trainer to get me going – he will come up with a routine this friday. this time around i’m trying to be goal oriented, the goal is to loose 20 pounds in 4 months, thats a pound a week, according to the the trainer it is realistic – so now its up to me….



my end goal 4 years ago

The result I’m hoping to have with this is to loose weight, be toned and have more energy. The way I figure I can achieve it is to exercise regularly and to eat healthy.
