I’m slowly making progress – and being 15 doesnt help in this goal in anyway – considering I can’t work the machinery, although i’ve perfected the art of fondant in 90 degree weather and perfect souffle’s everytime – along with my own recipie book – yet age has more restrictions than experience. My employer graciously accepted me to being dishwasher – which you have to start somewhere and being an a hole myself find it rather pleasant being around others. And as soon as I reach 16 I’ll be on my way for sure- and getting a scholarship to a Le Cordon Bleu Institute would be fantabulous….. and in the next 3 years of my life.
