3 week Update

Hi Guys,

Well it’s been going very well. I am dieting and eating under 1200 calories daily, the bulk of them from protein and fiber. The only treat I really allow myself is a glass of wine every few days. Alcohol is very caloric and slows the metabolism…but I can’t give up my evening sippin’ sessions all together. Other then that, I drink nothing but water and my morning coffee… I want some PIZZA! rawr! haha.

Any who I am down around 9-11 pounds as of yesterday evening.

Starting Weight: 142
Current Weight: 131-133
Pounds Left: 10-15

I put ranges because it can vary depending on the amount of fluids I have consumed at any given time.

I am averaging a 3 pound loss per week. A little fast, but I am not gettin headaches or dizzy spells from hunger, so my meal plans are working out perfectly.

Good luck to everyone!

Here we go...

Well, I had spinal surgery in December of last year and have been unable to really move very well until August of this year…

Needless to say, my body has changed. Before surgery I was in the best shape of my life, aside from a snapped spine that is haha.

I started dieting and working out within my medical restrictions about a week and a half ago.

Starting weight: 142
Current Weight: 137
Goal Weight: 117-120

Losing 25 pounds would put me a tad too thin for my liking so… 20 or so is more realistic. Plus I hope to put some muscle back on, and that means after the first few months of dieting, the focus will be on the gym and physical therapy.

Plus, I have a bunch of metal in my back now, so who knows how much 6 screws and 3 rods weigh? haha.

Anywho, good luck to all!
