Ok I didn’t move on this item since a lonnnnnnng time, so I had to put a challenge that I don’t want to happen !

I started last week by walking fairly long distance, and playing tennis 4hours a week, this should help me getting in better shape.
I have to mention that I’ve never been as fat as currently (nothing dramatic), so this is quite a challenge.

I saw the Mtl Marathon (I should say I photographed the marathon last sunday), and it reminds me that I was running a lot when I was youger. I’ve found a 10 weeks program to prepare a 10km.
I want to start it in 2 weeks, after I finished my 4hours per week of tennis courses, not to ask too much to my body whom is not used to do sports since a couple of years…
