i have been eating full meals and that is not going to get me that skinny boy hot body i need. I have been trying to skip meals and eat less. stay away from junk food. alomost everything i could think of. i recently quit smoking too and that is not taking up some of my time.
i have ben in the kitchen whipping upo some great meals though. they taste great and i am truly a better cook. no fear in the kitchen. i also have been utalizing fruits and vegetables, by cutting them up and putting them in salads.
i dont know if this as a bad. if i make good food then i will eat good food. the better i feel the more i’ll eat for every meal. scary because if i dont have a nice body then i will really never have good sex.
i though at first i could stand to loose 50 pounds then 10 and now i am just saying loose weight because i really cant seem to shed any. another is that i cant make that hair on my chest look great and i have no idea if that has to do with weight control or not.
