just dont do this 2 years ago

i ate right, used the bike, went for walks, -did use the computer much. after about almost 13days after i had started..i got on the scales, and i had only lost 1kg…i was so angry, i havent used the bike since, havent gone for walks, use the computer about every w/e and eat w/e i want…

Just give yourself a simple task, before you give up and spend months doing w/e and then trying to ‘rebuild’ what you’ve destroyed.
