Some of my painkillers constipate me, and although I take a medicine to help with that, I have renewed a commitment to drink it, as it helps keep me regular.

I have not been consistent but as I have fallen ill I figured it was time to start again.
Recommended to me by the chiropractic clinic (to be specific, the head of the practice told me about it and I discussed it with the other chiropractors) which is basically meant to clean out my pipes (stomach, GI tract, y’know).
We’ll see how it goes. I’m sipping on it now, one bag mixed with a Twinings Herbal Unwind blend in a travel mug. I decided to brew it with another herbal tea because I don’t do honey… I usually just take my herbal tea straight.
Saturday’s tea (not purely herbal): Celestial Seasonings White Tea (mixed with green tea and lemongrass, decaffeinated)
and dregs with Stash lemon ginger tea
Monday night’s herbal tea: Stash ruby mist
Mixture of Celestial Seasonings Tangerine Zinger and the aforementioned Stash Lemon Ginger.

As my religious dietary law eschews tea, this is what I drink. Specifically, “red tea” is not made from tea leaves, but herbs (as the other name indicates).
So in addition to soup because my family and I are sick, I will drink more herbal tea as well as cool clear water :)
