Back on raw! 4 months ago

I tried going raw last spring, about 75% on average and I really enjoyed it, I had lots of energy, needed much less sleep, I felt creative and happy, and for once I felt I could do anything. So now I want to get back there, because now after the summer I feel tired and out of shape again. I thought it would be easier to be raw in the summer, but living at with my parents and having someone else cooking for me wasn’t very beneficial to put it that way. But now I’m back at my own place, and in my cupboards I have only foods that are good for me. I’m ready to work my way back up on the raw diet. The first thing I’m doing is cutting back on sugar and processed foods, and eating only fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch. Then I allow myself one (healty) cooked meal a day when I feel I need it.
