I guess this “goal” will be ongoing. But for now I feel I’ve reached it by making some incremental changes—taking walks several times a week at work, making better lunch and dinner choices, buying more fruits and vegetables.

I took two powerwalks—if I do one more tomorrow that makes three. I also bought two books on cooking healthy for my family which I’ll read this summer.
I ordered some books on nutrition and healthy cooking from Amazon. The last several nights I’ve concentrated on making healthy evening meals for my family. I still need to figure out how to get my child on the right track
