If I have too many things to do my mind goes hyperactive and its hard to stay present. So if I slow down and meditate more I can focus more on my goals and stay away of unconscious habits.

This year have for me has been discovering new strategies and finding out what works. When Last year I would mb 2-5 times a week this year it has been about 1-2 times. I did also have two mb free month which is great. So I`m making little improvements here and there. I have failed many times and learn from them. For next year my ideal goal would be to reduce mb for 1 time per month. It just take some time and dedication to build your dreams.
Things that has been helpful for me:
1 make big goals to focus so you don’t get bored
2 Get rid of foods that but you on low consciousness
2 eat foods that are good for brain/body
4 meditate
5 do activities that make you present

I was thinking about trying to accountability partner. Someone who I have to post everyday that I`m sure making progress on this goal. And he or she can post me everyday. I believe you try harder if you have to be accountability to someone.

I Had lots of temptations but I have stayed on my path and looking for core purpose. Today come break up with the girl I was seeing. Damn its did hurt even tough we didn’t see many time. But now its time to look for more fulfilling relationships and move on. Growing up hurts and becoming to man means the boy inside me must die. Heavy stuff for today.

Some step back at my process but still learning new habits. I haven’t seen that girl I was dating for 3 weeks.I guess its over. Even though I have been sick there is always temptations. Now I really need some motivation to get my website started.

Mb last week. I didn`t see my girlfriend for long time so….
Last few days I have been reading benefits of earthling and barefoot running. First time I heard this I thought Bulls*ith but so many have recommend it so I have to may give it a shot. To bad I live in magic winter land so no barefoot walking for 7 months.

Haven`t been here for a while. Nice to check how everybody is doing. I have mb only 2 times this month so that’s good. The winter is coming and I feel sick all the time so I need all my energy for healing and being present.

Firs mb free month. Yeah its been lot easier when I got regular sex now. But still I got urges to mb sometimes but it goes away fast. Live just seems to be lighter now and I have time to focus on my goals. Now that I think of it people who have more goals and focus on learning everyday seems to get this easy.
