I’m positive that I’ve reached this goal and then some but I have done a piss poor job at documenting it! I plan on doing the same this year and blogging as soon as the book is finished!

I finished another Mercedes Lackey/James Mallory collaboration….The Phoenix Unchained (Book 1 of the Enduring Flame Trilogy). It was a little slow at first but managed to pick itself up and had my jaw dropping on several occasions. It was a great read and I can’t wait until more of the series is out.
Ok so I’ve finished the 6th volume of the Sandman series, Fables and Reflections, and it was soo good! I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get around to them! At any rate, I’m startin on Teacher Man by Frank McCourt and The Phoenix Unchained by Mecedes Lackey and James Mallory. Should wrap those up Wednesday at the latest….
So besides the fact that I am being absolutely lazy, I have just finished the 5th volume of the Sandman series, A Game of You, and it was awesome. My biggest problem is I only own the first 6 volumes as of right now…..I’ll have to buy the rest or get them at the library…I hate waiting either way! Now on to the 6th, Fables and Reflections.
Ok do I am done with the 3rd and 4th volumes in the Sandman series, Dream Country and Season of Mists. They were great! Gaiman has some mad talent!! I am currently starting the 5th volume, A Game of You.
I read both Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini after hearing about how much younger readers loved it from a Grad student research project in an Adolescent lit course…...I’m not sure who his target audience was but i am hooked and can’t wait to read the final 2!
I just wrapped up the 2nd in the Sandman Series, The Doll’s House, and it was as wicked good as I expected. I’ve already started on the 3rd, Dream Country….so far so good.
Ok so here’s another Gaiman to add to the list….Books of Magic (eat your heart out JK Rowling) and I’m wrapping up I Was Amelia Earhart by Jane Mendelsohn….not one of my faves but I finish what I start!
I know it’s awfully nerdy but I’ve recently finished a book a really good friend gave to me and it’s been an interesting read….it’ll be great for my future classes….It’s called Young Adult Lit in the Classroom: Reading It, Teaching It, Loving It by Elliot & Dupuis.
Ok again with the fantasy but whatever, I like it…..I’ve managed to tuck two away which I enjoyed but I don’t think they will be included as her best work anytime soon….
Titles are One Good Knight and The Fortunate Fool.
