Feeling good.

I don’t really like exercise, even if I feel bloody fantastic afterwards. However, I do want to start so I am healthier. I already eat pretty healthy, why not continue to imrove my quality of life?

I just went for a hour long walk/job with my housemate, that I actually quite enjoyed doing. I feel fantastic because I ate a bowl of low-kg vegetable soup afterwards; yum!

I also plan on going to a yoga class a week, but I just need to find time in between uni work!



Jogging & Bribes

I have started taking small jogs on my days off, which usually is the weekend. I plan on starting small, aiming high.

My friend and I also have an agreement where once we set an activity and time, we both have to do it. If one person decides they don’t want to exercise, then they have to pay the other person $5 as long as they continue to do the activity. Works pretty well!
