I don’t really like exercise, even if I feel bloody fantastic afterwards. However, I do want to start so I am healthier. I already eat pretty healthy, why not continue to imrove my quality of life?
I just went for a hour long walk/job with my housemate, that I actually quite enjoyed doing. I feel fantastic because I ate a bowl of low-kg vegetable soup afterwards; yum!
I also plan on going to a yoga class a week, but I just need to find time in between uni work!
