Help design and build my own home

My house is going to be easy to heat/cool and smart in terms of efficiency.
My yard is going to have native plants that don’t need to be watered and clipped/mowed or have lots of maintainance.
The paint, flooring and features will be non toxic and easy to clean/non allergenic. The site should be close to a park, walking trail/neighborhood shopping area or public transportation. I will want a small area for gardening vegetables in raised beds. The storage areas and closet organization is important to me. I want my bedroom to be simple and quiet (not near a street) and just room for a bed and side tables/lamps. the closet area should house all clothing and mirrors, drawers – all dressing stuff.
If I have a deck, it should be one of those that is recycled material and does not need to be refinished.
My kitchen will be warm and inviting – large enough so that I don’t have to have a dining room. I would rather have a den or library/office.
