study art in New York

So I’d love to study art in New York; eventually I hope to progress into studying art in Europe somewhere, but New York’s a good start I should think. I’m the biggest art freak, so why not try and channel my passions? I’ve aldready taken the first few steps, but I’ve still got several years before i get there…
