I’ve been running ~7 miles everyday in the past week!

For the first time in how many weeks I went for a run on the treadmill. Not much though since my body was just not used to it (30min). I will continue tonight, tomrowo, tomorowo tomroow, and tomorowo tomorow tomorowo and forever!
I love running but Im starting to get sick of my music.
Gotta go download some new ones!
I’ve been running for 50min -1 hr…. i just love thinking while running.. thinking about things in my life – and i sometimes like to day dream too haha
Instead of running at 1 constant pace, I’ve grown to love running at 9.8km/hr for 20 min (which feels like running REALLY fast to me) then jogging at 7km/hr for 10min, then doing the rest at 9.8km/hr again! It’s kinda exhilarating.
8km has been my maximum distance. I’m hoping to increase that to 10km by the end of the month.. or 1hr30min..? idunno..whatever comes first..
Ok so I ran every single day, like 6-8km per day, for a whole month.
And then I took a day off because I felt sick. And then I took the next day off because I was tired. And then I took the next next day off because I had to study for exams. And then I took 2 weeks off because of exams. And then I took another week off becuase I felt that I should ‘rest’ after completing the exams.
BUT, i’m going to go back in to running tonight!
We got a treadmill and it’s perfect. I’ve never had time to run after school and my excuses were pathetic – it’s too dark, it’s too sunny, it’s too cold, etc.. and since soccer season finished, I’ve had done no excercise for the past month.
Now, I can run at midnight which is the perfect time for me.
I started off last week with 3.5 km – which I thought was pretty impressive at the time.
Now, a week later, Im running 6.8 km at 7.5km/hr!
Just starting the run is really hard for me. But after 30min, I get all pumped up and stuff!
