Starting weight: 129 lbs (early feb I think)
Goal weight: 120 lbs
Current weight: 121 lbs (near mid march)

1 more lb to gooooooooo!
And I lost it the healthy way and will keep losing it the healthy way ;)
No more to quick easy fixes. No more to fad diets.

I was 123 lbs last week.
3 more lbs to lose.
Those 3 lbs were difffffffficult.
Now I’m like 127 lbs or something!
Back to square one.

Just over a week ago, I was 129 lbs at 5’6.
Now I’m 123 lbs!

5.5 lbs lost in 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How?

- breakfast: oatmeal with honey and cinnimon for breakfast
- lunch: 1/2 tuna sandwich with lite mayo
- snack: weight watchers choc chip cookies, 97% fat free frozen yogurt, 98% fat free chocolate ice cream.
- dinner: some random weight watchers meal
- snack: fat free chocolate ice cream, fat free frozen yogurt.

I eat so much junk but they’re fat free junk ;) They really make a difference. And I’m never hungry.



I need to lose 9 lbs by the end of february! 2 years ago

I started this goal (in my mind) like in late December but I’ve only lost like 1 lb since then.

I’m currently 129 lbs and I wish to weigh 120 at 5’6.

I’m currently logging in my foods on www.peertrainer.com which I recommend! You get heaps of support from other members. I’ve started counting calories which SUCKS but I’ll try to get used to it.
I’m aiming for 1250 cal per day. On some website, it said that it is impossible to lose 9 lbs with 1250 per day in the next 3 weeks :( Oh well, it doesnt hurt to try.
