stomach – no prob – my thinnest part of the body
arms – ok – would like to tone a bit
legs – thin and muscular
boobs – just great
inner thighs – awesome
outer thighs – arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like most people here, I have a very athletic build. When I go running, my outer thighs just go BOOM and turn into muscle. When I dont go running and eat all day, my outer thighs go BOOM and turn into flab.
I’ve really thought about toning the thighs and stuff, but for us girls, I dont think that’s the best option. When I tone, I TONE, and then it gets all bulky and the fat lies there, on top of the muscle. The best option is to lose all the fat from there first, and THEN tone.
