I started in the gym, and it is helping me to go earlier to sleep. It is 23.40 now and I am going to the bed, but it is very early compared to my patterns of the lasts weeks.

Still I cant be disciplined. I am starting in the gym; hopefully it will help me.
I went to sleep last night at 00.45, still not my goal but it is pretty good compared to all last week :) I am trying to go to bed today at 00.15.

I am going to try to sleep at 11 pm, currently I am going to bed at 3am (2.50am now).
Tomorrow I will try to go to bed by midnight,
