That was me yesterday lol.
In the car I listened to the Sunday evening radio show hosted by Paul O’Grady. He made me laugh outloud once or twice in the space of about 5 minutes! Very dry!
My friend made me laugh out loud during a phone call this morning – she has penciled into her diary for October the dumping of her current man! Not funny for the poor guy I know!
lots of laughing lately! Maybe it’s something to do with the mindfulness or maybe I’m just noticing it more. I feel that the people I am around on a daily basis are much more positive and on my wavelength.
I know there are still down days but it is truly amazing how much more I am noticing the happiness, laove, laughter and abundance!
in the car I laughed loads at radio one. Not sure who is on the breakfast show now?
laughing alot lately.
There is a lightness about me lately. No I did not join weight watchers… and I can’t write a book about it, as I’m not sure quite what happened.
Still keeping this goal here to remind me.

....has reminded me about this goal. I think I am going to spend the rest of the day watching Eddie Izzard and Black Books and Spaced. That should do the trick.
This is probably one of my favourite bits from “Glorious”.
“I am an evil herbivore.” :)
are doing alot to help me with this goal as i constantly am laughing at their antics! Even when i am feeling cross with them(for example when one of them decided to mess all over the floor or when they are tearing their claws into the furniture) i cannot help but smile and laugh out loud they are sooo funny and cute!
Oh yeah I am also going to watch Bill Bailey today – he’s quite funny too.
with the laughter lately! As i am usually quite a serious person this is a real breakthrough for me but I’m not sure how I am doing it. Maybe I am just noticing that i do actually laugh quite alot and am feeling free-er to do more of it? I have noticed also that when i make a “funny” it is less likely to fall flat than it used to. My sense of humour is being freed up and people are understanding it more! I think it may be something to do with this guy at work who you cannot help but banter with! i think he may also sense how hard I find it so makes a bit of a special effort to help me along! Or maybe he doesn’t maybe i am just DOING IT!
laughing is good when you are 45 and being thrown about on various fairground rides! lol
