Another kick start for me! 2 months ago

Yesterday went for a very long walk along the beach. My aching “baby cow” muscles(lol @ G) today feel good and strong. Also the calm I felt as I walked along reminded me of all the benefits of walking more regularly. Rested today – tomorrow I will walk.



Walked yesterday 3 months ago

for about an hour plus. It’s surprising how just a few weeks of not doing so, can set your fitness level back again! Right now I am aiming that every other day I will walk for about an hour or so. Well we’ll see how I go.



Think I did very well 5 months ago

certainly have been walking more lately and really enjoying those walks!



Four walks out of seven last week 5 months ago

If I feel like it later I may go for my first walk of the new week.



Another walk on the beach 5 months ago

this afternoon. 50 minutes in the wind. The beach was big and wide and empty except for a kite flier, a few dogs, and “hannah and daddy” who had written their names in the sand. A child had left behind one small trainer and there were jelly fish.



50 minutes tonight 5 months ago

Lovely walk, i nearly got caught by the tide and had to wade a little bit to get to the steps! Never mind I needed a bit of excitement! lol

No walk tonight I was sooo tired! Maybe I need to adjust my challenge slightly to two days off and five days on?



No walk on Tuesdays 6 months ago

As it is my late night. However tonight I walked about the same distance and time as Monday. That’s two days!



Day one of my challenge to walk 6 days a week 6 months ago

Walked along the beach in the evening sunshine and listened to the sound of the waves. I took about 40 mins – very enjoyable.



Barefoot on the beach 6 months ago

I had a good round trip today walking a good two hours at a leisurely pace, taking in the beach and a wooded part of the park.
