got me a heart rate monitor! (Thanks Mom and Dad!)

First put to use last night. I didn’t do much, but it’s a start at least:

Stationary bike – 25 minutes – 19.55m in zone.

Sorry I haven’t contributed much here. I still don’t have a heart rate monitor.

I have, however, been exercising every day. Sometimes the heart rate monitor on my bike works, sometimes it doesn’t. On the days it does, my avg heart rate is around 154. I don’t know what my RHR is though, so that doesn’t mean too much to me.

Hoping to be a regular contributor here once I have my Polar F4.

I’ll be one of those skinny things sitting on the beach in a bikini yet – even if it nearly kills me getting there. lol

I hope it’s ok that I’ll probably be asking a lot of questions though. I’m a total noob to all this heart rate stuff.
