Well, I’ve at least consistently been getting in workouts twice a week, and have hit 3 a couple of times. It should be easier now that I’m out of school for a while.
Well, twice this week, anyway. Better than nothing. Good thing I was at least in shape before I got pregnant.
I’ve accepted that for a while, I won’t be able to be as fit as I was before I got pregnant. But I need to get a decent workout at least three times a week. I just feel so much better mentally and physically when I do.
