What I am doing is to add “exercise more” and then later on I will pick this goal back up again.
My fitness levels just need to be dramatically improved, and that is what I will focus on first rather than biting off more than I can chew (But I am not wimping out though!)

My goal is to complete a triathlon, I am not too fussed about the times at this stage, just to be in a fit enough state to complete it.
I need to: get a bike, as well as organise swimming lessons. My main weakness at the moment is my swimming, so I will need to focus in on this area first.
The first thing for me to do is to get my overall fitness up, and this ties in with another goal which is to complete a military based exercise regime.
