Graduate from university

I am looking at Stanford’s joint degree program as well. Very exciting.

I am very interested in the J.D./PhD plan of study that is offered by such schools as Northwestern and Harvard. The areas of concentration I am particularly interested in are international law/animal law and divinity/history.

1. What is a JD/PhD degree?

The JD/PhD program is a joint degree program. The Juris Doctor is completed at the School of Law and the PhD is completed within a Graduate School department. Admission to both the Law School and the Graduate School is required.
