In the past year, my photography skills have improved. I have gotten into the habit of observing, looking, and taking the camera wherever I go.
I’m still a work in progress, but am quite happy with the photos I am taking now.

Lately, I’ve been uninspired. I’m occupying myself with other things, like tv and reading and what not, rather than take pictures.
Don’t quite know where the drive went, but I don’t wanna be forcing myself cause I think the mood translates into the photos I take. Which is not a good thing!
I’m still figuring if this is a phrase, or has my interest waned, I guess.
Somehow lately my pics have been getting better. I’m excited to learn more about techniques, am dabbling with photo manipulation software and all.
Next, I’m planning to buy a tripod and experiement with self portraits and all. Oh yeah, and definately take more shots with my Holga =)
One of the things I take for granted most. Am gonna start reading the manual and online forums to know how to make the most use out of my camera.
The boy is upgrading and buying a new camera, so I’m getting his =) I already have one camera, a Canon Powershot which is a tad clunky but great for manual modes. The boy’s Ixus is smaller and slimer though, which means it will be easier to bring along everywhere. Now I just have to step up on the learning to use BOTH cameras properly =)
