It was simple, I just adjusted what I have been eating, not so much take out, less food – use smaller plates. and keep yourself very busy (I was moving so I barely sat down).

Drinking the water is really helping.
without even trying. I’m not really eating a big dinner.
Started out great but without trying to or slipping up I actually only lost .5 lbs. This may be due to the increase of exercise and my body getting used to it.
