i have also changed my goal name, as with only 25 days to achieve this goal (lose 2 stone) and having only lost half a stone in a month i figured it was too difficult of a task. so i am hoping tht by th time i go back to uni on th 17th sept i am at least 10 stone, hopefully a bit less.
then i can create another goal to lose another stone in 2 months (by nov 10th, reunion date)
well it has been a month, and i have generally been on a diet and exercsing more, but i have had quite a few slip up days where i have eaten too much, chocolate biscuits etc, but i have managed to lose half a stone, so its ok,
i am now 147 pounds, 21 pound to go
well i have lost 6 pounds! its taking a long time but at least it is coming off, its taken about 3-4 weeks to lose this. only another stone and half to go!!! eek
i hav lost 3 pounds! yeh, still loads to go and my jeans still dont fit but at least i have figured out how to lose weight and its simple cut the calories do more exercise. i have always eaten healthy before and not lost a pound obviously because snacking on nuts and fruit is healthy but calories add up.
so hopefully i will continue to lose 2 pounds a week and will fit into my clothes again xx
i cant believe that i have put over two stone on, i was 8stone 10 summer before last and now i am 11 stone and i feel disgusting. i have been running on treadmill and eating healthy for a week and i havent lost a pound!!! i am hoping that it will start coming off soon xx
