I’ve successfully lost 14.5 lbs since Thanksgiving, which is when I started halfway trying to lose weight. I went to the gym 3 times a week through the entire month of February. I will admit to a set back. But I’m back and feeling better because of it. I don’t see a lot of change, yet. But I guess that’s ok for 14.5 lbs. I do feel like I can breath and move a lot easier, though.
