I Certainly Learned A Lot in 17 Years

Things like, “Don’t get married at 25 when you’re just coming out of a really bad period in life.” That was a good lesson. Also, “If she wants a separation, don’t leave the house without seeing a lawyer.” Hopefully won’t need that lesson again.
Okay, been on my own 3+ years, I don’t consider I have my life together again yet but getting there. I won’t really pursue this until I’m confident I’m on stable ground. I was a good husband (even she now agrees with this) and I’m a great father. I still get to be a father but would like to be a husband again.
